Sabino Canyon - Seven Falls

Witness one of the premier natural areas in southeastern Arizona, Sabino Canyon. Take a moderate 2.5-mile hike to a site, extremely rare in desert regions, a lush recreational area whose draw is seven, brilliantly cascading waterfalls. Over many years, natural elements have eaten away at the stone and created a natural 7-teared water park that is far and above many sites in Arizona. Seven Falls is fantastic for relaxing or a quick dip after hiking. If you are looking to treat yourself to something different, now is the time.

Take a narrated Sabino Canyon Tram ride through a desert oasis in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains. The Sabino Canyon tram begins its journey on the slopes of Mount Lemmon and winds through lush greenery to Seven Falls. You can get off the tram at any of its stops and explore the canyon's waterfalls and wildlife, or hitch a ride mid-hike if you're bushed. A visitor center orients you to the canyon's attractions, including hiking trails, naturalist-led walks, and butterfly and hummingbird sanctuaries. For a spectacular adventure, take a moonlight tram ride (three times a month April to December, excluding July to August). Sabino Canyon entrance located at 5700 North Sabino Canyon Road
