Ballet Arizona - Tucson Arizona Ballet

Tucson is one of only 14 cities in the United States with a full complement of performing arts, including a symphony, ballet, theater and opera. Ballet Arizona is the official ballet company for the State of Arizona. They offer a full repertoire of classical and contemporary dance, including many national and world premieres.

Ballet Arizona is one of the only highly respected ballet companies in the state of Arizona. Their performances routinely draw critical acclaim and are always a big hit with their audiences.

The Apprentice and Trainee program has been made possible in part through the generous contribution of The Friends of Ballet Arizona.

Tucson's largest performance venue is the Tucson Convention Center Music Hall, 260 South Church Avenue. It's the home of the Tucson Symphony Orchestra and where the Arizona Opera Company usually performs when they're in town. This hall hosts many touring companies, and Ballet Arizona presents its holiday performance of The Nutcracker here.
