So, as you can see -- we are Cowboys and Indians, Miners and Ranchers, Soldiers and Singers. And with 18 folks per square mile, we have a lot of open country to show you. One of my Great Grand Fathers was one of the first Cattle Ranchers of the State, the Fourr Ranch still stands today at the basin of the Dragoon Mountains east of Benson. One Grandfather was sheriff in Tombstone, and another that worked the Copper Queen Mine in Bisbee and later helped build the first Schools in Benson. My family back ground includes the turn of the Century Carpenters who built many buildings and homes in the Benson and San Pedro Valley area. I am a Marine Corps wife of 20 years, since retired. I lived from the Atlantic Ocean of North Carolina to the Pacific Coast of California. I've also had the wonderful opportunity to live in Okinawa, Japan. I have 2 wonderful sons', one of whom is now serving the U.S. Navy and the other son attends Benson High School. I have had many exciting and wonderful opportunities in my life, but still love the Arizona atmosphere. No matter where I've lived, nothing is like Arizona scenery, weather and the southwestern people.
