Canoa Hills is a beautiful 18-hole public golf course laid out among the canyons and hills of the Santa Cruz Valley. Its large bent-grass greens, Bermuda tees, and rolling fairways offer exceptional playing conditions for players of all abilities. Placing a premium on accuracy, not distance, the course offers a unique challenge to all, where missing a fairway may result in dealing with the desert that surrounds most of the holes. The fairways are overseeded with winter rye.

Nestled among the canyons and ridges of the Santa Cruz Valley, Canoa Hills offers spectacular views of the Santa Rita Mountains, while using the natural terrain to help dictate the shape of each hole. The course design, although tight and requiring shrewd club selection, is fair to the average golfer. Canoa is known for being kept in tournament condition year-round and prides itself as being one of the best maintained courses in Arizona.

The course is 6,610 yards long form the championship tees, 6,088 yards from the regular tees, and 5,158 from the forward tees. Landing areas on each hole tend to be narrow, but the greens are generous in size. Canoa is known for its yearround tournament condition, and prides itself as one of the best-maintained courses in Arizona. Canoa Hills is open seven days per week during the winter and accepts reservations two days in advance. Enjoy one of Southern Arizona's finest public golf courses. Snack bar and pro shop.

The resort's popular "Play A Round" package includes 18 holes of golf, a deluxe room accommodation, plus resort amenities for one low price. Phone for package rates.

Rio Rico lulls you to sleep in the first four holes and slowly becomes one of the most challenging and beautiful courses you'll ever play. The front nine is located on a river flood plane and after the turn you tour the rolling hills. Just 50 minutes south of Tucson, it provides a perfect day trip whereby you can visit two remarkable examples of mission architecture: San Xavier Del Bac and Tumacacori. Both founded in the 1600's by Father Kino from where many of the expeditions began that founded California cities such as San Francisco. After an afternoon round of golf, you can drive just 10 miles to the US/Mexico border, park on the US-side and walk a short distance to eat dinner at one of the finest Mexican restaurants - La Roca.

Rio Rico Resort & Country Club sprawls through rich pastureland along the Cayetano foothills north of Nogales. The gently rolling fairway and large open greens welcome every player. But for stronger players hoping to break par, the strategy is designed to challenge their skill level. These delicate risk/reward options are of no bother to novice and higher handicapped players, as they can easily play around the trouble.

With the variety of tee boxes, the unique hole designs, the numerous small mounds, and the changes in elevation found here, players of all abilities will find San Ignacio a scenic, fun, and very challenging course.
