Fred Enke Golf Course was officially dedicated December 3, 1983. Enke offers golfers a different but interesting and challenging approach to golf course design. The major features of the course are its vast teeing areas; large greens; strategic bunkers and sand traps, and , most important of all, its concept as a semi-arid, limited turf course. With undisturbed native plants comprising the remainder of the landscaping. Golfers have the option of four teeing areas. Respectively, they measure 6,800, 6,400, 5,800 and 5,000 yards. Because of its rather hilly terrrain, golf carts are recommended.
